French and Cameroonian, Alexia SENA created the Joyeux Bazar podcast on her return from a year spent in Cameroon, realizing that she understands everything people say, but nothing they don't say - which is obviously the most important thing. During this year, Alexia was also a radio commentator, hence her desire, back in France, to explore the question of cultural hybridity through sound.
Joyeux Bazar is the podcast of the dual culture – through sparkling interviews, it explores with nuance our hybrid, entangled and complex identities. Joyeux Bazar received the 2023 Conversation Podcast Award at the Paris Podcast Festival
Today, Joyeux Bazar also works in the corporate world: Alexia accompanies organizations and their teams on the question of how to deal with otherness.
Previously, Alexia worked in mergers and acquisitions for 10 years, then as a business and executive writer for 5 years.
She lives near Paris, has 2 children and loves red wine and Arte series.
