Does radio, in the broadest sense of the word, need labour? What are the most sought-after profiles on the labour market? What types of training are available? What are the possible opportunities? What's the proposed remuneration? While the digital radio and audio industry has changed considerably in recent years, we will also look at how employers have adapted and how they are coping with the realities of the labour market. This participatory workshop for collaborative exchange is open to 40 participants upon registration.
